Description

A dividing unit based on the series RW/NC-100 and RS/NC-100. The units can be submerged in dielectric liquids (corrosive and non-corrosive) on EDM machines

Worm gear with adjustable backlash Gear ratio 45:1.

Servomotors with a torque range from 1.1 lb/ft to 2.6 lb/ft with a maximum speed of 2000 rpm.

Motor can be mounted on right or left according to customers’ request.

Motor cover and protective conduit are sealed for submerging in dielectric liquids.

Feedback systems are mounted to motor shaft ends. For higher accuracy, direct feedback systems are available. (encoders mounted directly to the table spindle and tilting axis)

Positive pressure air connection with reduction valve is standard for keeping an internal pressure of 3 psi.

Built-in reference points for “home” and over-run protection on tilting axis (EDS).

Spindle nose designed to accept clamping systems Mecatool GPS, Erowa ITS, System 3R, Hirschmann, Somatec, etc.

Other units available.
